Meet the Founder

Founded in 2014, Hit the Mark Consulting was started by Jennifer Kilian, a former Fortune 500 executive who has led multiple enterprise-wide system implementations and business transformation initiatives. Her vision is to provide superior, targeted consultancy services that enable clients to hit their mark. She is dedicated to delivering clear, positive, and productive engagements that build high-performing teams and set employees up for success.

Jennifer is Advanced Scrum and Prosci Change Management certified and holds an MBA in Organizational Management. Known for leading through ambiguity and translating complex initiatives into clear, actionable strategies, she and her team have a successful track record of guiding organizations around the world through complex change.
